**Return and Refund Policy**

**I. Return Eligibility:**

A. **General Returns:**  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).  Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. This 30-day period begins on the date the tracking information shows the order as delivered.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.  Returns for reasons other than defects, damage, incorrect size, or incorrect item will not be accepted unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of sale.  Clear photographic evidence supporting the reason for return is required. Please note that acceptance of returns for items is not guaranteed.


B. **Dropshipping Fulfillment:** Our products are fulfilled by various third-party suppliers.  While we strive to facilitate returns, the specific return eligibility criteria may vary depending on the individual supplier.  We will provide you with the relevant supplier's return policy and contact information upon request and will assist in processing the return to the extent possible.  *However, we are not responsible for determining eligibility or directly processing the return for items. The supplier's return policy will govern the return and any associated costs.


C. **Non-Returnable Items:** The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, custom-made items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items (unless explicitly stated otherwise), gift cards, and software (after download or opening).


**II. Initiating a Return:**

To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sompopstore.com with your order number and a clear description of the reason for the return, including photographic evidence. We will provide further instructions, including the possibility of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the relevant supplier if applicable.  Items returned without proper authorization will not be processed.


**III. Return Shipping:**

A. **Standard Returns:**  For standard returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

B. **Defective or Damaged Items:** If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, and will cover the return shipping costs in approved cases.


C. **European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:** EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).  The customer bears the return shipping cost, but we must provide clear information about this right at the point of sale.  We will process a full refund upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition.


**IV. Refunds:**

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.  The refund will be issued to the original payment method.  Please note that your bank or credit card company's processing time may add to the total refund time.



**V. Damages and Issues:**

Inspect your order upon receipt. Report defects or damage within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence to support@sompopstore.com.  We will resolve the issue promptly, offering a replacement, repair, or refund.


**VI. Exchanges:**

We do not offer direct exchanges.  Return the unwanted item according to this policy, and place a new order for the desired product.
